HELP & FAQs

Clarity starts
with good questions.

What the product is being built to do, what you’ll need to provide, and what’s coming next.

Planned capabilities · product in development
Is Reconcile Ready available now?

The software is in development. This website explains the planned product and lets you explore sample interfaces. Live Amazon and Xero connections are not available yet. Early-access enquiries will open once the contact details are confirmed.

How is a payout different from profit?

A payout is the cash Amazon transfers after fees, refunds, adjustments and funds it holds or releases. Profitability also needs costs such as the goods you sold and advertising. Different reporting dates mean a payout and a profit figure will not necessarily match.

Will Reconcile Ready complete bank reconciliation for me?

The planned workflow prepares mapped settlement entries for Xero and helps you identify the corresponding bank deposit. The final matching and approval workflow will be confirmed as the integration is developed. We are not claiming fully automatic bank reconciliation.

Where will product costs come from?

You will need to supply product purchase costs and relevant freight, duty and preparation charges. Amazon data alone does not include your complete cost of goods or business overheads. Missing inputs will need to be visible in reporting.

Will advertising costs be included?

The profitability view is intended to include available advertising costs. Detailed advertising data may require a separate connection or an import. We will confirm supported data sources before launch.

Which countries, currencies and tax rules will be supported?

Initial coverage is being defined. The GBP and Amazon UK examples on this site are illustrations, not a commitment to regional availability. Supported markets, currencies, Xero plans and tax treatments will be published before launch.

What will it cost?

Pricing and launch dates have not been announced. Enquiring about early access does not create a paid subscription or commit you to purchase.

Are forecasts and inventory tools included?

Our initial focus is reconciliation and profitability. Stock visibility, cash planning and forecasting are potential extensions. Forecasts would depend on your inputs and assumptions and would be shown separately from actual trading results.

Why might a settlement be waiting for data?

A payout and its supporting reports may become available at different times. Tax data or historical reports can also arrive later. The planned product will distinguish waiting for a source report from a mapping problem or posting failure.

What happens when a settlement crosses month-end?

The cash payout can include activity from more than one reporting month. Period-aware accounting is part of the planned scope, with the relationship between the monthly activity and the overall payout kept visible. The exact document structure is not yet finalised.

Does a missing product cost count as zero?

No. A missing input should be treated as incomplete information. We intend to identify products with missing costs so their reported contribution is not mistaken for a complete profit calculation.

Will inventory purchases reduce contribution immediately?

Buying inventory and recognising the cost of goods sold are different events. Our contribution examples deduct costs for the goods sold, rather than treating every inventory purchase as an immediate selling cost. The supported costing approach will be confirmed before launch.

Can I use the same advertising figure in fees and advertising?

A charge should only be counted once. If advertising appears in more than one report, its source and classification need to be checked before combining the data. We intend to make included cost categories visible.

Does this website connect to my accounts or store an enquiry?

No. Product previews use fictional data, the calculator runs in your browser, and the enquiry creates a local downloadable note. A live contact route and account connections are not available yet.
